Challenge
The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking identification of opportunities for improvement and soliciting a solution to improve the problem for our targeted services.
DMV is seeking to gain insights from the vendor community on where they think improvements can be made in our services, channels, products, and/or back office. This challenge is an opportunity for the DMV to hear from the vendor community as DMV customers and business partners on what problems they have identified in California or another location and to solicit potential solution(s).
Requirements & Outcome
Clearly identify an opportunity for improvement that you as a DMV customer and business partner have experienced in California or another location
Submit your solution to make the improvement. Proposed solution may have been implemented in another State or another industry
Demonstrate the value to the state by using the solution (ROI, TCO, NPS etc..)
